I was charmed right away by this film. Dom and Fiona are quirky teaching couple in a rural coastal town in France. They have a strong love of latin dance. When they’re involved in a car accident the couple finds adversity even though their lives are forever changed. This is not sad movie, far from it. This is a full-blown artsy dance movie.

I would describe this film as eccentric, but not Amelie eccentric. It really has it’s own strange vibe and not all audiences will understand. What’s fascinating is there there is very little dialogue in the movie, yet it easily conveys complex situations and emotions. There are times when this is more art than film.  Because of this, the film sometimes meanders away from the story.
